WHAT IS IT?
A nationwide singing contest to anyone over 18 years of age and who does not make a full time living out of singing.
You can sing solo or as a duet.No instruments are allowed. All performances are done to a backing track. (please read on in the How Does It Work section)
WHAT IS IN IT FOR ME
The prize find is €10,000 and 20 paid gigs,,together with fame and adoration of the fans

All auditions, heats, quarter finals, semi finals and the final will be held in The Coyotes Late Bar & Club, Forster Street, Galway

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Coyote Factor will be run in the following format:
10 Heats
Quarter Finals – Semi Finals – FINAL!!
– First you apply and audition
– If you qualify to the heats, you will be entered into 1 of the 10 heats
– On each night everyone sings 2 songs, preferably a slow & a fast one
– All performances are done to a backing track, which we will supply. If we do not have the song you wish we will do our best to get you the right backing track. It is recommended all songs are chosen well in advance so music can
– Before each night there is a rehearsal session where you can change keyes on each song and get rid of the biggest nerves
– Each night 3 judges and the audience decide who will continue on to the next round. Judges choose certain amount of singers and the audience vote for their favourites to go through
– Audience vote is done by voting cards that are handed at the door and collected after all songs have been sung
